Welcome to Austin Texas where we offer two meeting rooms! Our meeting rooms include complimentary high-speed Internet access along with added conveniences such as complimentary fax and copy services. Various configurations are available for each room.

In addition to our Austin Texas meeting facilities, each of our hotels offer a business center off the main lobby that features high-speed as well as Microsoft® computers with spreadsheet and word processing capabilities. A printer is provided for your needs - especially those coveted boarding passes for your departing flight at the Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).

The Hampton Inn Austin Round Rock Hotel is pleased to offer a spacious, well appointed conference room on the Lobby level of the hotel. Perfectly suited for small meetings.

The Homewood Suites Austin Arboretum Northwest Hotel offers 540 square feet of meeting space which will seat up to 25 people in most configurations. Our AV equipment is overhead, television, flipcharts, whiteboard and complimentary coffee and water. For all other needs we use AVW Audio Visual or Audio Visual Headquarters:
